The date & the refund
How fast can you start?
We agree the scope and the delivery date on the call, put both in the agreement, and start on the first payment.
What happens if you miss the date?
If the build is not delivered by the agreed date, and the delay was not caused by scope changes you asked for, you get a full refund of the fees paid plus $2,000.

What does the $10,000 build include?

Can you keep working after the 30 days?
Yes. The Partner retainer is from $5,000 a month for 60 hours of senior development, month to month, and you can pause or cancel with 7 days' notice.

Who does the work?
A senior developer. You talk to the person writing the code, in your Slack or by email, with an update every working day.
Do we own the code?
Yes. On full payment, all custom code and deliverables are yours, with the full source and documentation. Open-source components keep their licences. We sign NDAs on request.
