By engaging with minidev.pro, you agree to these terms and
conditions for our MVP and SaaS development services.
2. Project Scope

- Two-week delivery applies to agreed MVP scope only
- Additional features may require extended timeline
3. Payment Terms
- 50% upfront payment required to begin development
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion
- All payments are non-refundable once development begins
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of all
deliverables, including source code and design assets.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of your project details and
business information through NDA protection.
6. Project Communication
- Daily updates during development phase
- Response time within 24 hours on business days
- Direct communication with assigned developer
7. Warranty
30-day bug fix warranty included with all projects, covering
critical functionality issues.
